Exchange & Return Policy

We value our customers, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our exchanges and return portal make it easy for you to submit a request within 30 days of taking delivery of your piece(s).

Exchanges: Unfortunately, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for the round-trip at this time.
Returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. If you place a new order, we always offer free shipping for the new item.
Canada and International Customers: We do not accept exchanges on international orders, but we will gladly accept returns. You can always place another order in place of an exchange.
